Patricia DeMers, President

Pat has extensive experience in Executive Coaching, Training Design and Facilitation, Human Resources Management, Performance Management and more. She possesses over twenty years of experience in Training & Development and Human Resources, and has recently received a masters Certificate in Business Leadership. Pat has been nominated for 4 consecutive years for Woman Entrepreneur of the Year by RBC, and is the past President of the Peel/Halton Chapter of the Canadian Society for Training and Development.

Evan Badura, Director, Business Development

As a Business Development Director, Evan’s role is developing new business at Excel Thru Learning. His past experience with a world-wide corporation gives him great insight into the challenges large organizations face with hiring, retaining and motivating employees. Evan is currently working on his CHRP designation to further enhance his knowledge of training and development and human resources management.

CAROLINE MORO-DALICANDRO, BA, CHRL, Senior Facilitator

Caroline is an accomplished Human Resources professional and skilled speaker and facilitator with over 17 years’ experience in HR Leadership roles. She is a strong leader in performance and career management, leadership programs, training and development, performance consulting, recruitment strategy, team development, compensation planning, employment legislation, and various operational HR issues. She has excellent facilitation, coaching, presentation and interpersonal skills and is client focused, able to energize and motivate teams to achieve outstanding results.
